it’s kind of ridiculous that we have to work our asses off for 13 years in school just to work our asses off for another 2-8+ years in college just to work our asses off in a job that we probably don’t even like, when we were born on this earth without a choice and i for one certainly didn’t sign up for that
To some extent I agree with this, but at the same time I really don’t. I understand that realistically money is important; however, if that’s all your life is about, that’s kind of pathetic. Yes, you have to work your ass off in school/work if you want to succeed at it. That doesn’t mean you can’t learn about something you enjoy. Why can’t you learn about something you’re passionate about? If you hate your job, that’s your own damn fault. Your job should not be your life anyways. Living for the weekend is a horrible way to live. No one forces you to become some drone who despises work and life. You shouldn’t work your ass off just because you want a nice pay check. Money matters, but you should work your ass off because you love what you do.
Sorry for ranting. Oops.
